Ayant réservé et commandé à l'avance une fondue savoyarde dans ce restaurant pourtant réputé, on nous a servi quelque chose (préparé en 10') ressemblant plus à une purée mousseline un peu liquide qu'à une fondue ! Avait-on ajouté de l'amidon ou de la Maïzéna pour la lier ?
