Auberge du Sapt - Saint-Genest-Malifaux

What Rico likes about Auberge du Sapt:
Decent food, decent price, good wine list, pleasant service but the boss is too unpleasant for my taste even if he has the impression not to be. We were greeted with a reproach and not with a hello or a welcome, which seems to me to be the minimum when arriving in a restaurant. Superb place, overlooking the dam. The room is warm and the service efficient, even a little too efficient. There were around twenty of us and we had pre-ordered our menus. People who had not taken the formula with aperitif and glass of wine were not offered an aperitif. The starters arrived almost at the same time as the few aperitifs.
