My niece ordered pancakes and it was a 55 min wait for mediocre pancakes that were too gooey in the inside and burnt on the bottom. We had to ask multiple times for ice cubes for our warm smoothies in a hot day (32 degrees! . Also, many people who came after us were served before us.
