We're in Saint Hyacinthe the other week on business and on one day we grabbed some lunch at Bistro Bob Smokemeat. I have eaten here before and I has to stop in during this trip to get some lunch. Tout d'abord, le service était vraiment très bon, serveuse super sympathique. Terrasse très propre, intérieur et salle de bain très propre également. Bière de microbrasserie Le Bilboquet disponible.Par contre, côté smoked meat, c'était correct sans plus. Genre d'assiette de viande fumée qu'on peut tous se faire à la maison sans effort.
