I was so impressed with this location, a full on Karen had a meltdown over her sandwich and was wildly rude! The manager and staff were so gracious, they tried to assuage her, but alas Karen had to get back to her busy life and selling some MLM product and was late to yell at her daughter’s soccer coach.The drive through line and lobby easily outnumbered the staff 10 to 1 and they worked diligently to serve everyone.... I have to say, I'm quite disappointed with my experience at Tropical Smoothie. I absolutely love their smoothies, but I waited in the drive-thru line for a staggering 45 minutes! To make matters worse, once you're in the line, there's no way to exit. This isn't the first time I've encountered such a long wait, which is why I'm giving them a low rating.
