Been in St Maxime for 4 nights faced with an impossible task of finding a great place to eat when there are so many. Then we find Chez Longu, fantastic food plenty of it not over priced great people running the place. Pizza was excellent, tagliatelle excellent, atmosphere fantastic. Will go again for sure. Her har de mye å lære hvordan man steker en entrecote.Servicen den var grei den men servitøren kunne kanskje vært ett hakk blidere og bedre ble det ikke når to stk entrecoter gikk i retur til kjøkkenet. Bestilte 3 stk entrecote M stekt , det vi fikk var 3 stk rå entrecote som var seige, pommefrien var den samme som Burger King har. Sausen var tykk og fet. Salaten var ekstremt liten og smakløs.
