As always, it does not disappoint. the unbeatable food, the phenomenal attention, we really had a great time. the only detail is that we went in early April and had already begun to raise the temperatures but it was still not possible to hear the air conditioning and there were moments with a lot of heat in the room. of that detail, five stars, as always with the paradors. Waited for maitre d' to notice us standing there to seat us.When he eventually did,there was no greeting,just a wave of the hand and advised to sit anywhere. Cafeteria or Parador ? Service the rest of the time was haphazard and flusterede. At one point my meal was put in front of me with such speed some ended in my lap!
