What Ruthie R likes about Publik Coffee Roasters:
Popular coffee shop and co-working space. We went at 10 am on a Tuesday and there were only a couple of seats left. There were LOTS of people co-working there. I made several trips into Salt Lake City between the months of April and September 2022. Publik is a real charming venue. But. The staff is needlessly slow. The coffee really is nothing special.
