What User likes about Pipa's:
El lugar en sí no es muy atractivo visualmente. Uno entra con la sensación de que va a comer comida de baja calidad, como si fuera en el patio de comidas de un shopping. Pero pedimos una pizza y nos sorprendió gratamente. Terminó siendo mucho mejor que en otros restaurantes de alrededor de la plaza, de mejor apariencia. View all feedback.

Maybe I visited a bad day, but if not I feel bad for the person who said this was the best restaurant they ate in 3 weeks in South America. We came late in the evening, but still... the place was dirty, the flour was covered in food, empty tables were clearly not cleaned and we sat down where the light was dim, which was a total impression of deception.
