I ordered online and the restaurant didn't have what I ordered. I was impressed that the guy immediately came to my car (I was in board pickup to apologize and offer me a refund). He then brought out what I had ordered, which was perfect and I left. This made what a bad review would have been in a much better one. I was impressed at the level of customer service.
