This used to be my goto place for Vietnamese rice noodle soup, pho. I usually order pho with rare steak (tai) and tendon (gan) and broken rice with chat-grilled pork (com thit nuong). Pho had tasty soup broth, and grilled pork was tender and delicious. Having crispy egg roll and spring roll as appetizer is a good idea.
