i really wanted to like this food truck but it just didn't quite leave my taste buds wanting more. the pernil was moist but it was just too shredded that it was hard to grasp any flavors among all the bits of pieces. would have preferred some sliced pernil with some crispy skin around the edges. i like that they used short/medium grain to make their rice but it didn't taste like the typical arroz con gandules. it jus...
