We had a family gathering and the person who was supposed to cook the rice cancelled on us. We called El Gallito and placed a last minute order. They were able to accommodate us. The rice was so delicious, none was left over. It was delivered in a sturdy long pan covered by a plastic wrap and foil cover to maintain the rice warm. The price was affordable.
