I think some of the reviews below relate to another restaurant? Maybe the nearby, now defunct Embarcadero 41? El Fresco 41 is a simple, small, basic Cevicheria. Nothing special. The menu is simple: basic zeviches, tiraditos, sudado, parihuela, etc. The service is okay. The fish is fresh. The prices are okay. There are hundreds of such places in Lima. Not bad if you're close.
