While living in Okinawa for a year back in the 80's I fell in love with yakisoba. Every since I've been searching for it in the US but have never found it done authentic, until now. We are visiting San Francisco for the first time and wanted to go to Japantown to look specifically for it and found it here. The portion is enormous and tasted exactly like I hoped it would.
