After a morning walk along the top of the cliffs of Miraflores from the shopping center in Larcomar, we found this restaurant overlooking the park and the sea. We got a table on the third floor in the tower with magnificent views. The keviche and fish dishes were both good and the staff helpful. It wasn't exceptional cooking, it was good honest food.
