I saw a comment, best vietnamese food in the bay. So I went for pho. As an uber driver who covers all of the bay to Sacramento. I can say this was very disappointing. Especially since I love pho. No flavor in broth, really small meat and tendon portions for the XL. I'm sorry, but if you think this is the best pho in the bay you really have to try more spots.
