I love everything about Outspoken Cafe. Victoria's food is just incredible. I love the Quinoa and the Veggie sandwich, and she makes soup and quiche if I want something warm. The smoothies are the best and recommend the beta radiation. Sooo good. It has a high espresso and the service is much better than any coffee ship in SLO. I can't say good enough about this café.
