Neat little Boba and tea shop. In addition to her bob teas and shaved ice cream, they have a ton of loose leaves and bagged teas for sale, along with teaware. I got an icy peach oolong, 50% sweet, and it was perfect, no taste of artificial syrups like you at a lot of other boba, and a great subtle oolong taste.
