I ordered a Cabo salad and substituted the chicken for blackened shrimp. There were no red onions put on the salad and no cheese. The shrimp was not blackened but they brought over some red onions and cheese and I would have been fine with that but the shrimp was jelly and undercooked in the middle so I decided to get the salmon instead. Worst steak I've ever had. Asked for rare, got well done and when I got it replaced it was cold...
Still the best Tri-Tip even after not being here since before Covid. However, they did cut back...
