Otsu is my new go-to sushi spot in San Marcos. To start, the wait staff is incredible, and very helpful. The menu has lots of options that I'm excited to try, but for my first visit I only had nigiri and a single roll. The nigiri was very fresh, and cut thick. The roll was HUGE for the price.
