This was by far the worst event I have ever been involved in. The caterers didn't even get to the venue until about 6PM. We were to eat at 7:30, but we couldn't even get in the venue til after 7:30. Salad was served around 8 and dinner about 9PM. The filet was not a filet and was grisly and cold. The salmon was pretty good, but cold. The risotto was way too salty, but slightly warm.
