I would just like to commend the Emergency Room at SRMC. I was in the area on vacation and developed such severe abdominal pain and vomiting that I thought I might have apendicitis. I went to the hospital and the staff couldn't have been more professional, thorough and nice. I just called the billing department. what they send me the Kopay money bill from 2020 service. When I was there, I paid money before I went in. the representative I spoke to her rossah was racist. she accused me of being the thief, she was rude and unprofessional.
