Staff were friendly and welcoming and views are beautiful especially from the balcony where we sat for our 3rd and final meal in Tuscany. We visited as a group of 16 people. The upstairs terrace was a nice location, there was a varied menu and the food was very good. However, the food did not come out at all at the same time I had ordered a pizza and a side salad the pizza arrived 25 minutes before the salad!
