As a former GM I can clearly state this location and it's leaders are severely lacking the 13 characteristics. No peak deployment, not cleaning our line, cut sizes all over the place and grill back or spot checks in dining room. Dining room a mess , food was overcooked and not being flipped out properly and overall bad experience. I can say the staff were in decent moods but we're more focused on having fun with each...
