I am a wheelchair user with an assistance dog. The pizza (I had a small pizza with basic toppings) was delicious and just the right amount of everything. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and when another customer reacted to my assistance dog, the cashier nicely said how my dog was good and there was nothing to worry about. I placed an order over the phone and stated ‘collection’ twice. I arrived at the shop 20 mins after ordering as this was how long I was told. Got there girl upfront said there’s no order for me and answered the phone for more ordered while still dealing with me. In the end the order was put down for delivery there fault View all feedback.
I called ahead to place an order for collection at this restaurant and emphasized my preference...
