rich’s bagels has the nice people. they customer service is superior and they are so sweet and friendly with any order I make. the asiago bagel is my favorite by far, but also people like the other bagels. it is delicious and fresh! they can observe how people work in the background that made goodies. What User doesn't like about Rich's Bagels:
Bagels are tasty and service is quick. The bagels are quite small though so that's a bummer. I wish they were bigger and there wasn't as big of a hole in the middle. I think thick fluffy bagels are the way to go and these are a little small and not thick at all. My wife and I pick up bagels from here every once in a while because it's close to our house.
