11-19-2022. 0700 hours. Third one in line upon opening to order 2 Bagels and one breakfast burrito. At about 0720 the lead worker apologized for the order delays. At 0730, we (first 3 people in line) heard the grill frying away and we were then told that there was a 70 order breakfast burrito order ahead of us and they could not fit in our orders; this is complete nonsense! This lead worker should have kept her store closed further until this large order was filled, they had already opened 30 minutes later than usual. Plus she should have told us that the wait was at least 1 hour. Huge managerial incompetence here!!!.
