We arrived on a beautiful sunny day. The view from the hotel was fantastic. The reception was polite and helpful. We had very little Italian and they were very patient with us. The room was spacious with a balcony. It was well appointed with everything we needed. It was a steep climb to the top of the driveway. Terrible service in the dining room and dreadful food part cooked chaos in taking orders and huge unacceptable delays in bringing out the food . I couldn’t believe how bad the food was so went into the kitchen to see for myself if their was a chef .
