Hands down the worst place we've tried in our 4 day visit to Saransk. The local mordovian dishes (which is why we chose it) weren't available nor were half of the desserts. Compared to the other restaurants in city that we've tried they don't match up. The quality of the food is subpar and the service made you feel rushed.
