Boryski’s served at an event I attended recently. The food was fine but my family and I, as well as the couple at our table, were the last table to collect our meal at the buffet. Unfortunately, that meant the spinach salad was floating in liquid/soggy and the entrees were cold. I feel that an effort should be made by caterers to ensure that ALL guests experience a hot, appetizing meal. View all feedback.
