Not sure what it is, but the Chicken from the Diefenbaker KFC Location is the best in the city. Always crispy and fresh. Drive-thru seems to be a wait every time I go through but that is because you are waiting for fresh chicken, which I don't mind at all. They have always offered a free drink while you wait too.
