There was nothing legendary in their house burger. Bun is not suitable for burgers and was more like a breakfast bun. The patty was over-cooked and it tasted like a supermarket beef-pork ground meat. They should keep those cuts separated and leave the beef patty medium and treat the pork belly as bacon.
