After watching Bargain Brits by the sea and being inspired by the ice cream parlour featured, we decided to check out Alzonis and try their offerings. I stopped by for lunch on Friday, June 20th around 1pm. I ordered fish and chips as well as fishcakes and chips to experience the local cuisine during my mini-break in Scarborough. The restaurant was better than a typical greasy café, though it was evident that it was a family-owned business with the waitresses' kids and grandfather around.
