Delicious food! Phil's Caribbean Cuisine has a really great menu. Some of my favorites are the Ruck Chicken Tacos, Goatmeat, Rice and Peas, and the Cabbage. Atmosphere -is excellent, clean and spacious. Customer Service- Excellent, personable,pleasant and friendly. Food- Yams were had great flavor and not mushy. I hate mushy! Cabbage- was okay, a little over cooked for my taste but lots of flavor. Jerk Chicken- was okay. Chicken did not have smoked flavor it taste like it was baked.
