First Friday of every month is the seafood buffet. Absolutely the best crab legs and selection of fish I have had. So many other options available as well such as MTO pasta bar, salad bar, beef tenderloin, shrimp, mussels, clams and DESSRTS!!! Definitely need to try this. We tried Carson's for their seafood buffet, excellent staff, extremely courteous waiter, but the actual food was so-so at best, not seasoned very well, cod was Dry, but biggest complaint was excluding the crab legs, everything else was almost cold.
