Just in time to catch Air (movie about Nike/Michael Jordan) at Shea 14 but no time to catch a real lunch. I stopped by Coffee P for a protein smoothie. Most everyone I know LOVES plant-based protein powder (from pea plants) but I think it tastes chalky/gritty. I prefer whey/soy based.However, I bit the bullet ordered the Very Berry shake. It's a great cafe to sit and read or study, the atmosphere is super. The food options are limited, to none. Understaffed. Now they are closing at 8 pm every day. That makes no sense for a cafe. If they want to increase profitability, they should try keeping better snacks, rather than just a few stale pastries. Other than bananas there is nothing to order.
