Stumbled on this spot as it was handy. May not be much to look at but excellent food and great value for money. Had a two course meal that we thought was incredibly reasonably priced only to get pensioner rates on top. Wish we were locals!! They certainly deserve the business. Overall it's a decent pub great service and friendly people. However the beer garden and the outside sitting area have seen better days. The beer garden is overgrown and the outside sitting/gazebo needs better seating and possibly some benches.
