I stopped in for an afternoon snack and got a chai latte. It was a dirty chai (not what I wanted) and was at Best lukewarm. I told the barista and she said that it should be hot and there wasn't anything she could do about it. We ordered a pretzel and it was cold too the touch as well. View all feedback.
