There’s a bunch of coffee shops in Sebastopol, each of their charm or are just convenient to the consumer. Some people just made coffee immediately at the closest location, but for those I would recommend going the distance to this location because the coffee is exceptional, and I was calmly able to do some paperwork as well it’s a very nice environment. Says they “can’t/wont” make a pour over stronger via grinding the beans finer. It’s possible it’s not difficult and if it’s not made like that it’s watery.
