After a break of several years we decided to give Pho Kien Giang another try. Unfortunately nothing had changed. The Pho broth was absolutely tasteless and the beef was tough as old leather. It is amazing that this business has been able to survive. Perhaps because it is the only Vietnamese restaurant in town?
