We made the order for Lechazo's room on Sunday night and early Wednesday morning we already had it at home, freshly roasted from Tuesday. Following the instructions to finish the roast, the result has been excellent, very well flavored and the meat like butter, very tender. The only thing missing was a piece of Segovian punch for dessert. View all feedback.
