We had to ask another staff member to get a dustpan to clear away the chips and dust, and she reluctantly sent someone else to do it without offering an apology. At 4:35 PM, another staff member came to collect our cups, despite the fact that mine was still half full! The whole situation felt like they wanted us to leave so they could close early.
