I went online to place an order and was not aware that the lobby closed at 8:30. Unfortunately, I arrived at 8:31 to pick up my order and was told to walk around to the window, only to be told I couldn't do so. I live across the street and used to eat here multiple times a week, but after this experience, I will not be returning. This situation is disappointing and feels like a joke. View all feedback.
