Every month we receive coupons in the mail and now understand most of the coupons are not honored at this location. An employee told us each owner decides which coupons to honor. The staff is polite but disappointed that they didn't have the Italian Herb, our only choices were multi grain and Regular Italian. Plus the multi grain was not fresh, probably one to two days old.
