I have been a loyal customer at chef Chen's for a long time never any mistakes always good fresh food today I ordered dinner as I do a lot when I'm at work got my dinner and there were at least 12 black hairs in it. This shocked me since its never happened before so I call to get it corrected and the guy on the phone and other workers found it funny were laughing no I'm sorry at all and took 45 mins to get replaced....
