The owner is the soul of this place! The food is incredible, I am very picky when it comes to restaurants, but Elm street grill has a very cool atmosphere, perfect service, and quality meals at affordable prices. I will come back, especially for Kyiv Mule. View all feedback.

The only reason this place is highly rated is because people in Shenandoah don't know what good service is. The order was completely disgusting. Sour tasting steak, mashed potatoes that could cause sodium shock and flavorless onion rings. If you know anything about good quality food, don't waste your time and money. They insisted they couldn't do anything about this because we had take out. Mhmm. Sure. View all feedback.
