This place is the definition of a 'hidden gem. ' Outstanding Creole gumbo, étouffée, jambalaya, and more. It 's a mother-and-son operation, and they hail from Abbeville, Louisiana, where some of their ingredients are sourced (like the killer andouille sausage that goes into the gumbo).
