Ichiban used to be a favorite Japanese restaurant, but sadly it's fallen into disrepair. The interior is very sad and most in need of cleaning. Some of the old chairs had pieces of plastic tied around the feet? Next to the small dining area is a very dirty plexiglass wall with holes in it separating a kitchen area from diners.
