Chicago Cut is the perfect combination of a great setting matched by equally exceptional food. We were here to celebrate a birthday on the terrace. The pacing was just right, the wine pours were generous, and the hospitality amazing. We are locals and have been here before on special occasions. I always come here when I’m in Chicago but this last time was a disaster and I will never come again. Asked to sit outside and was seated in the corner off the side of the restaurant near a waiter cart. Waited for drinks. Waited forever for salads. Waitress was a joke. Didn’t care. Never checked on us while we waited and waited for salad. We got up and walked out. What a joke. View all feedback.
